Billing Procedures

Imaging Associates of Canton is an approved provider for most major insurance carriers and health plans. We also accept worker’s compensation, auto insurance and attorney liens. As a courtesy, we will submit your claim and any secondary claims to your insurance company on your behalf. However, you (the patient) are ultimately responsible for payment of the account, including any and all balances not covered by your insurance. We will send a balance due statement to you once we have received payment and/or an explanation of benefits from your insurance company. If your insurance company has not paid for your procedure within 30 days, please contact them to check the status of their payment. If you have any concerns with the amount paid by your insurance company, please contact them for an explanation.

We accept: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Checks (with appropriate ID), Cash, and Care Credit (an interest-free financing option)
