Our commitment doesn’t stop once you leave our facility, that’s why we want you to know what you can expect after your visit.
- Before you leave IAC, you will be given a copy of your exam images on a CD. You will need to take these to your physician at the time of your follow up appointment (you do not need to make a special trip to your referring physician’s office to deliver your CD – it is your copy). Special Note: This CD is your property. You may also need to take this same CD to any other physician to whom you may be referred.
- Your physician will receive a report from our facility within 24 hours after your visit. S/he will be promptly notified of any urgent findings. Special Note: We are not permitted to release exam results directly to a patient. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- If you need additional copies of your exam, in any format, please contact us at 770-479-1945, 24 hours prior to pick up. Please note there is a fee for additional copies.
- We have filed a claim to your insurance company as a courtesy for you. As you are aware, all charges incurred are ultimately your responsibility. Therefore, please respond promptly to questions from your insurance company. Failure to respond will impede payment of claims.
